It is provided "as is," Inserm and its collaborators do not assume any liability or responsibility for its use. IntrAnat Electrodes is based on Brainvisa 5.0 (older versions can be used with brainvisa 4.6) (http://brainvisa.info/ ). It uses some of brainvisa's toolbox such as morphologist (http://brainvisa.info/web/morphologist.html ) and cortical surface analysis (http://brainvisa.info/web/cortical_surface.html ). It's also using ANTs (http://stnava.github.io/ANTs/ ) and SPM (http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/software/spm12/ ) for multimodality coregistration and estimation of the deformation field (« patient space » to « MNI space »). - Software presentation: https://f-tract.eu/software/intranat - Latest developments: https://github.com/ftadel/IntrAnat/tree/brainvisa\_5.0.0dev - Installation instructions: :ref: `IntranatInstallationBrainVisa5` Older installation instructions (Brainvisa 4.6): https://github.com/ftadel/IntrAnat/wiki/Installation - User documentation: https://github.com/IntrAnatSEEGSoftware/IntrAnat/blob/brainvisa\_4.6/doc/user\_documentation.pdf Cite publication ================ Please cite this article when using IntrAnat: https://doi.org/10.3389/fninf.2018.00040 **IntrAnat Electrodes: A Free Database and Visualization Software for Intracranial Electroencephalographic Data Processed for Case and Group Studies** Pierre Deman, Manik Bhattacharjee, François Tadel, Anne-Sophie Job, Denis Rivière, Yann Cointepas, Philippe Kahane and Olivier David Indices and tables ================== * :ref:`genindex` * :ref:`modindex` * :ref:`search`
